Possibilities
Like a few clean brushes next to a fresh canvas, these tools can take an organization anywhere – in fact, it’s largely up to the community itself where it wants to go. PAST just provides the means of getting there.
Take a look around.
PAST is best at entering into educational organizations and communities, getting to know all of its stakeholders – from the youngest students to the most prestigious board members – and interacting with that community to make it the best it can be.
The list of PAST services tell a story.
STEM Transformation Begins with a Conversation
First, representatives from PAST offer consultations to begin getting to know a community and its processes and interactions, and makes recommendations towards improving STEM content delivery.
PAST Spends Time with Teachers
Next, PAST STEM Coordinators provide Professional Development for any teachers that may be a part of the community.
Understanding First, Then Metamorphosis
Then, the process of Design for the whole feeder system, school, or organization can begin.
STEM Coordinators and Teachers Begin the Shift with Students
Finally, students are introduced to the new content delivery methods through Bridge Programs, which PAST coordinators help design specifically to that community.
Ongoing, On-the-ground Anthropology
Meanwhile, throughout this whole process, PAST anthropologists engage with community stakeholders to provide real-time course correction in process called Knowledge Capture.
Where in the process should your organization begin?
