Students in Grades 4th-8th
FIRST® LEGO League is competition for 4th-8th grade students. During this week-long, full-day camp, students will learn the basics of programming and mechanical design. Along side student mentors, teams will build and program an autonomous LEGO EV3 robot to complete a series of tasks ranging from simple movement to more complex tasks involving logic and sensors. No previous robotics programming experience is necessary. The week will conclude with a poster session and robot showcase.
This program runs from 9am to 4pm on June 5 through June 9, 2017 and is open to rising 4th-8th Graders, ages 9-14.
Please note: Lunch will not be provided so please plan on packing lunch each day.
