Along with being a Teaching and Learning Innovator at PAST, Jeff is one of the Innovation Lab Hybrid Teaching Team pioneers. His content specialties are science and math. He works with teachers and pre-service teachers in rural communities training them in TPBL instructional strategies and hybrid delivery.

Jeff received his B.S from South Dakota State University and his Masters in STEM Instruction from Dakota Wesleyan University. Jeff is also a highly sought basketball referee.
