PAST in the News: Going Green at School - Jessa Goldner

PAST in the News! Our very own Jessa Golder, Assistant Director of Student Experiences at the PAST Foundation, was interviewed by a local news station about her Green Educators: Ohio program!

The Green Educators: Ohio program brought together educators from seven schools across the state, including both urban and rural settings. Central Ohio schools like Herbert Mills STEAM Elementary and KIPP Columbus Primary, along with rural schools such as Glandorf Elementary, began their journey toward sustainability with varying levels of experience.

As the Green Educators: Ohio Project moves into its second year, Jessa will continue to support the current cohort of educators and schools while integrating 10 new educators. This expansion aims to deepen sustainability efforts and further develop Ohio’s coalition of EcoSchools.
