For several years our School Design and Strategy team has partnered with Reynoldsburg City Schools to design innovative opportunities for their students. Our focus this year has been to help them develop meaningful experiences for students that are responsive to their community.
The teachers, staff and students at the Health Sciences and Human Services (HS)² Academy designed a project that they knew would make an impact in their community. In March the school hosted the first annual Health Fair, design by (HS)² Academy staff and the PAST Innovation Lab team focused on health related topics.
Students presented the work they engaged in while community partners hosted booths and tables that showcased STEM opportunities and careers available to students.
